Colette's Intuitive Art

I was amazed to learn that a photo does work! You can mail it to me or e-mail. I start with pencil and paper and just sit with the photo and jot down whatever I see and feel. Then I paint. I normally use watercolor, because I love the way it takes on a life of its own. Occasionally if the picture dictates, I do use other medias.

The Intuitive Portraits are painted on a 9" x 12" heavy watercolor paper. They are also matted to fit an 11" x 14" frame.

A typed interpretation of your painting will be included.

I do quick sketches at public events (approx. 20 minutes) I like people to just relax and have fun with this. I do! You receive the sketch with notes on it and a verbal interpretation. The price for the sketch is $20.00.

If you decide to purchase a painting from the sketch, $20 will be deducted from your total cost.
